About Our Chapter
In 1981 David Casey and seven other individuals met in the spring in Kenilworth, NJ to discuss the needs of the construction industry. From that meeting, the vision to build a national association was born. Woodbridge, NJ chapter was formed, now known as the NJ Chapter.
CFMA held its first conference in Atlantic City, NJ at Caesars Palace where David Casey was named the first president. Read more about the history of CFMA here.
The New Jersey Chapter of the CFMA is dedicated to the education, support, and advancement of the Construction Financial Manager/Executive.
The New Jersey Chapter sponsors dinner and breakfast meetings, which provide our members with industry-specific educational programs and networking opportunities.
Our meetings are open to all members as well as guests who are employed in or service the Construction Industry.
